Requirements:

• Completed secondary education
• Good knowledge of end-user devices and peripherals
• Knowledge of TCP/IP networking
• Knowledge of macOS and Linux is an advantage
• Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 cloud environment is an advantage
• Knowledge of Windows Server, AD, SQL, Exchange and Hyper-V/VMware virtualisation
• Category B driving licence (active driver)
• Reliability, precision and responsibility

Job duties and responsibilities:

• Responsibility for the trouble-free operation of our clients' servers
• Proposals for modernising and improving server infrastructure and networks
• Communication with the team of L1 technicians
• Providing remote support to the company's customers
• Installation, support and maintenance of infrastructure at customer sites
• Administration and service tasks as needed
• Maintaining documentation of service work and IT infrastructure
• Communication with hardware and software suppliers
